This post marks my 1120 post!
as usual nothing much to blog about.
so lazy to blog about my life now.
Its pretty much the same
Met up with Samm for shopping and movies as usual.
Had quite a great time rowing at Penang.
Although the competition was pretty unfair.
But at least now we know how unfair it is. LOL
Had a great time at the apartment too! But shopping
was really limited. about the Same as SG.. nothing cheap nor special.
Food wasn't fabulous either. lol but overall still a fun trip.
Good experience rowing outside SG respresenting our Club. :)
But some Singapore Team had some problem and injury.
The SIM School team.. one of our friend (JIA JIA Ex-national rower)
Got HIT by the paddle ON PURPOSE by the Malaysian Team.
and one of their ppl (either drummer or rower) ear got hook by
the hook that team brought down as battle weapons.
(now u know what i mean by unfair) BTW the Team is PAC WEST. HOOLIGANS
Hmm Then we had a break .. FINALLY! from rowing.. about 2weeks only lar.
Moving on to Xmas.. Spent Eve with Flo.Jamie.edna.huiying.eunice.hengjing.sokyan.Can.Clar.and many more Flo's friend.. lol
at EastCoastChalet. it was fun! we did night cycling! Gift Exchange! n Watch TV. and played some Stupid games! and some of us watched Sunrise!
Then Christmas day was slping at home.. aft the chalet! then came boxing day. PLK celebration.. As usual we went to a teamate place and gather.. we had secret santa.
i bought for Samm..we played.. Rock band on PS3. then chitchat.. eat.. then we head off
to Zouk to club.. and saw how our V.Captain got High.. quite a sight. :)
Then Came NYE!
some of our teamate went clubbing.. but i have this 'tradition' no clubbing or crowded place during this kind of holiday Eve and all.. so a few of us.. went to ECP
Samm.Din.Zee.Sheila.Clare.Mei2 I brought the wine and bought some drinks... Me samm and Zee had NYE dinner at Jack's Place. then YP.WL.Derrick came to ECP and surprised us(They bluff us that they were still in Aussie thou') i think its really sweet altho felt abit cheated.. lol but yeah at least they put some thoughts into it. lol they actually came from our party just to surprise us about 12am. So sweet of them :)
then aft that we headed to Simpang Bedok to eat our first meal of 2010.. until about 3+4am.. then me n samm went to Zee's place with sheila and we watched L word until morning and went home and Concuss-ed LOL
Then came 2010 First PLK training.
ok lor.. sama.. but we recruited newbies.
and got this girl.. Qian DA. claims our training not tough enough..
But when we doing 4KM(non-stop) row she stopped a few times.. then
she cannot keep up with our rate causing Din to keep hitting her Paddle.
And Race Set.. she STOP!(Excuse was contact lens move)Its.. BCS(BasicCommonSense)
that during race set u are not supposed to stop.. be it your hitting other ppl's paddle
on your left or right. or ur nose,groin,hair,mouth,head,leg,eyes itchy or ur shades fell off.. u are not supposed to STOP! PUI lar. really.. PUI!. then lastly RUN...
CMI.. then tell eve.. got running phobia.. wah lau.. i cannot run.. 1 cause i hate running.. 2nd i have weak knee/knee bone problem. i admit i lazy also. kns lar she.
See how long she can tahan.. almost the whole team know her pattern alrdy. LOL i feel so bad though. LOL
And oh!.. not forgetting.. me n Val's Midnight Tradition of going Mustafa..and driving around.. :) might be doing it again tmr :) it was fun bro!
Although we seldom meet and rarely talk but we are still as close as ever :)
this shows.. good frens dun need to always be together.. its the friendship that matters. :) glad you are my friend! Same for everyone else.. Flo.jaime.edna.samm.pei.clare.sheila.wl.the lists goes on n on :) u guys rawk! made my 2009 splendid :) love u guys!
May 2010 be a great Year for all of US!
PS my New year Resolution is to remain a non-smoker! Its 1mth and counting since i last smoked! Gona keep this Promise! and also go training like i did when i first started too.. lol put in more effort!
